Happy Lift is a brand new device for face-lifting and restoring a tonified young look in a patient. The operation technique is a simple and recovery is fast. Patients would not suffer from side effects and scarring, thus can get back to his/her normal lifestyle. The thread is dissolved into the face tissue 8-12 months after implantation. The results are immediate and long-lasting.
Happy Lift is the first lifting thread which can be used for both lifting and revitalizing the soft tissues of the face.
Happy Liftis dissolvable. 8-10 months after implantation into the soft tissues, Happy Lift is completely absorbed. The tip of the thread has been specially modified so that the cogs are arranged around its axis in a spiral-like fashion for the lifting, repositioning and suspending of the soft tissues of the face. It can also be used in the fat pad of the Bichat area and for endoscopic lifting.
Happy Lift increases the gathering effect on the soft tissues of the face by 25%. This is due to the arrangement of the spiral-like tension bearing cogs and its gravitational weight of more than 37%.
Results of the lifting effects are visible soon after the operation. The revitalizing effects on the superficial and middle-layer of the skin start two months after implantation and lasts up to 8-12 months.
Threads from HAPPY LIFT TM
HAPPY LIFTTM Revitalizing - 12 cm
Used for forehead/brow lifts, malar/buccal fat pad lifts and cheek lifts. Standard techniques are applicable, although in the case of malar/buccal fat pad lifts, a new technique lifts and suspends through a thread positioned all around the pad.
HAPPY LIFTTM Revitalizing - 23 cm / 30 cm
Used for vertical lifting of the face and mid-face lifting.
“X” or revised “X” techniques are recommended for vertical lifting with two threads used per area, while the “reversed V” technique or “cross-link double V” technique are applicable with two threads as well.
HAPPY LIFTTM Double Needle - 12 cm
Inserted along the same paths as the Revitalizing 12 cm, Double Needle threads insert without the need for a cannula, with both needles inserted at the midpoint and driven upwards to their respective ends. Standard techniques can be used for forehead/brow lifts, cheek/neck lifts, and jaw lines correction.
HAPPY LIFTTM Ancorage Threads
Happy LiftTM Ancorage threads have tiny barbs or cogs, similar to HAPPY LIFTTM Revitalizing threads, but only uni-directional ones. Enjoined with a straight needle, an Ancorage thread helps fixate the skin in an umbrella-like fashion once inserted and creates a tensioned suspension to lift the tissues of the brow, face and neck. In general fixation is easier and more comfortable for the user.
